This post serves as a place for participants in the M/M Romance Challenge 2011 to post comments and review links for their challenge reads. I’ve tried to give everyone as much leeway as possible in regards to reviews so there are a number of ways you can do this.

OPTION ONE: Post a link to each individual review you write by entering the following information into the Mr. Linky boxes below:

Name: Book Title (Author Optional)
Your URL: The Link To Your Review

If you can’t see the Mr. Linky or the Mr. Linky graphic, please let me know by leaving a comment on this post. If, for some reason, the Mr. Linky isn’t working, you may leave a comment here with your book title/author and review link and I will add it to the Mr. Linky myself.

OPTION TWO: If you would prefer to track the reviews you write via a master post on your own blog, feel free to link to it here at the end of the year. If you do this in conjunction with OPTION ONE, please make sure to distinguish your master link from your single review links (ex: My Blog Name/Nickname – All Reviews).

OPTION THREE (NON-BLOGGERS): If you don’t have a blog, but are a member of a site like Good Reads or Library Thing, you may post your reviews to one of those sites and use the Mr. Linky box to enter your book title and the URL of your review.

OPTION FOUR (NON-BLOGGERS): If you don’t have a blog and would still like to post comments or short reviews for what you read, feel free to leave a comment on this post. We’d love to hear from you!

OPTION FIVE: Would you rather read more books than spend your time writing reviews? Then read on! Reviews are not necessary for the challenge so when you put one book down, don’t hesitate to grab another.

Whichever option(s) you choose, just remember to have fun and read-read-read!

I’m hosting The M/M Romance Challenge again this year at I Heart Paperbacks and hope this go ’round will be just as fun as the last! I hope everyone has a Happy New Year & Happy Reading!

DETAILS:

This challenge is for those who enjoy reading gay romances (also known as m/m or male/male romances) or those who are interested in starting. If you aren’t familiar with this genre, it consists of novels and stories where the main focus is the romantic relationship between the male protagonists.

• You don’t have to select your books ahead of time. Even if you do, you can change your books as you go. Your books can crossover with other challenges.

• You don’t need a blog to participate. You can comment on this post if you’d like to share a book list or reading pool.

• You can join at any time between now and the latter part of 2011. Just give yourself enough time to read your chosen amount of books.

• eBooks, hardbacks, paperbacks, audio books, and re-reads are welcome. Comics and manga count as well.

• You can post the links to your reviews, if you write any, on the Review Post (coming soon).

There are 5 reading levels to choose from:

- Read 5 M/M Romances
- Read 10 M/M Romances
- Read 15 M/M Romances
- Read 20 M/M Romances
- Read 20+ M/M Romances

If you’d like to make your challenge a little more challenging, try any or all of these OPTIONAL add-ons:

- Read 3 or more books in the same series
- Read 3 or more books with the same theme (Firefighters, Pirates, Friends-to-Lovers, etc)
- Read 1 book that isn’t your usual type of read (Cheating Hero, BDSM, Menage, etc)
- If you’re not new to reading m/m romances, go back and re-read the first title you ever read. Do you feel differently about the book now than you did when you first read it?

Everyone who signs up for the challenge between now and March 31st will be eligible to win a $25 gift card from either Amazon.com or All Romance eBooks/OmniLit. The winner will be randomly chosen using random.org.

Ok. This is the absolute last challenge I am going to enter for next year. If I act like I’m going to enter another one, I give you all my permission to smack me in the head with a dead fish!

Challenge Guidelines:

1. Using your first name, or blogger name, or your pets name, or even your favorite literary character’s name; whichever you like, choose books with first title letters that spell out your name. (Audio books and eBooks are also okay.) Such as my name: Victoria. the first book’s title would start with the letter V, then the next book title begins with I, etc. Make sense? (I hope so!) :p

2. Come back here every month if you wish, and leave your link in the Mr. Linky that will be up containing the link to your challenge page containing the books you’ve read or each review you’ve written for books that count for this challenge. (Crossovers with other challenges are okay.) I will make a new post for this during the first week of every month.

3. The challenge runs from Jan. 1st 2010, to Dec. 31st 2010. You may join at any time.

Royal Reviews is hosting the upcoming year’s Ebook Reading Challenge. Of course, I had to sign up! I know what you’re thinking. “Haven’t you got enough challenges on your plate as it is?” I say “No!” This one was the easiest of all my 2009 challenges to finish and I’m sure I’ll have no problem with it in 2010 either. It’ll crossover nicely with all those other challenges I’ll have going on. :)

Rules:

1. Anyone can join. You don’t need a blog to participate.
–Non-Bloggers: Include your information in the comment section.

2. There are four levels:

– Curious – Read 3 E-Books.

– Fascinated – Read 6 E-Books.

– Addicted – Read 12 E-Books.

– Obsessed – Read 20 E-Books.

3. Any genre counts.

4. You can list your books in advance or just put them in a wrap up post. If you list them, feel free to change them as the mood takes you.

5. Challenge begins January 1st thru December, 2010. Only books started on January 1st count towards this challenge.

RULES: Read (or re-read) the twelve(12) books in P.N. Elrod’s Vampire Files series in 2010.

DETAILS:

• As of today, there are 12 books in the series. If there happens to be a new book in series published within 2010, you won’t need to read it to complete the challenge. If you’ve already started this series, you can still participate in the challenge. You can either start all over again as a refresher or just start where you left off.

• Anyone can join at anytime between now and the latter part of next year. You don’t need a blog to participate. If you don’t have a blog, you can post your comments or reviews in the comment section of the wrap-up post.

• Audio books, hardbacks, paperbacks, tattered second-hands, and library books are okay.
